Terms & Conditions
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT and carriage. Due to fluctuating market conditions, prices are subject to change without notice. However, every effort will be made to notify customers of price changes in advance.
Terms:
Payment in advance is required for all non-account customers. Account application forms are available on request. Trade accounts are subject to credit references. Trade account settlement terms are 30 days from invoice date. Interest is chargeable daily at 4% above the current Bank of England base rate on any amount due and unpaid after 30 days.
Credit cards:
We accept Visa. MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro and Switch.
Bank charges: All bank charges incurred by Planta Medica Ltd in the settlement of invoices will be charged to the customer at cost.
Claims, returns & refunds:
Any claim in respect of damaged goods or shortages,must be made in writing within 7 days of the delivery date. Goods can only be returned for replacement or refund if prior authorisation has been given. .No products will be accepted for return or refund once opened. Returns will in any event only be accepted within 30 days from delivery date.
Resale:
All goods invoiced remain the property of the company until paid for in full.
Suitability for purpose:.
Is solely the responsibility of the customer, irrespective of any advice offered by the company.
Liability:
The liability of the company, if any, is limited to the cost of replacement of the goods supplied. No claims for consequential losses are accepted.
VAT:
VAT is chargeable on all goods and services, except recognized food products and exports to non-EU countries. VAT will be charged on exports to EU countries unless a current valid VAT number is provided.
Carriage
FREE delivery on all orders over £200.00 (excluding VAT) to the mainland UK.
Carrier prices are available on request. Timed delivery and Saturday delivery by carrier is available at additional cost.;
Juristiction
Dealings with the Company including the application of these Terms and Conditions will at all limes be subject to the Law of England and Wales.
These terms and conditions of sale are the only terms accepted by the company and override any terms and conditions of purchase from the customer.
